• Please call us to come in for a tour to visit our school, meet our wonderful faculty and staff, and to receive a brochure and application packet.

When applying, you will need to submit these items for admission review:

• You will need to complete one Application form for each child applying
• Include a copy of each child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), and communion certificate (if student is in third grade or above).
• We will need Report cards from any previous school for transfer applications in Grades 1-7
• We will need the Release of Records Form to be signed if your child has attended another school
• A family registration fee (non-refundable) should accompany your application.
• Per child instructional fee (non-refundable  after June 1st)
• FACTS registration online
• Immunization Records
• Probationary Transfer Agreement signed if applicable
